Pear and Spinach Salad Recipe

A fragrant and healthy pear salad

This is a delicious autumn salad that is wonderfully fragrant.

Ingredients

3 ripe pears; peeled, cored and sliced
¼ cup chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 x 10 ounce package baby spinach
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
½ cup raisins / dried cranberries
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Pinch of salt

Recipe Instructions

Prepare the salad.
Wash and dry the spinach and place it in a large bowl. Add the pear slices and sprinkle over the raisins and walnuts.

Make the dressing.
Whisk together the oil, vinegar, lemon and salt and drizzle the dressing over the salad.
